These large blades have always been our specialty. We have been servicing the
steel industry since 1973. We have may operations we can perform on these
blades. We are one of the few companies that can weld repair, smith and tension,
flame-harden and offer other services and modifications to these blades. We pick
up and deliver within a 500 mile radius for large volume customers.
We have been able to increase blade life up to 5 times in some cases
using our specialized flame-hardening procedure.
We have saved a number of blades from being prematurely scrapped due to
stress cracks by our welding method.
We offer other modifications not listed here and can fine tune your blade
to your particular application.
In addition, we can evaluate and offer technical consulting on your sawing
application. My father Bill McMillin, started our company in 1973 but had been
working with these types of sawing operations since 1958. I feel no other
person had the experience that he was able to offer. I was fortunate enough to
have him as my teacher. It would be a great pleasure to share the information
and experiences that Dad shared with me.
