Ceramic coatings can be used to build thermal barriers to protect items
from heat. They can be used to seal heat in. Other ceramics such as chrome
oxide is an anti wear coating with many applications.
We can apply carbide coatings with our HVOF system or other anti wear
coatings with our HVOF wire spray system.
In addition, we are an authorized dealer for thermo-dyne. Their coatings
are on the cutting edge offering dry film, anti stick, anti graffiti coatings,
along with their new arctic black heat dissipation coating which has many uses
in the industrial environment. If you have a hydraulic cylinder or piston with
imperfections in it we have a liquid ceramic patch coat that we can apply and
burnish back to the original surface to keep your seals from leaking. This
saves a lot of expense compared to purchasing new cylinders. Please call us
