Hot saw blades

We have be servicing the steel industry since 1973. We have developed processes and modifications which greatly increase blade life, speed up cut times and increase the quality of the cut. Servicing blades up to 83 1/2" diameter.

Friction saw blades

As with our hot saw blades we can greatly increase blade life and speed up cut times and greatly improve the quality of the end - cuts. Our flying friction saw blades give a near burr free cut which competes with the multi head cut off machines. We recondition saw blades up to 83 1/2" in diameter.

Coatings

We have plasma thermal spray ceramic coatings, HVOF carbide and wire spray coatings, dry film lubricants exhaust coatings for industrial trucks and semis, heat dissipating coatings which have many uses such as radiators, electric motors etc. and engine related coatings. Cryogenics

-300 degrees below - processing for stress relief dimensional stabilization, and redefinition of the micro structure. This process does not cause hardness or brittleness.
